Kalpana Thapa Dulal is recognized as the first female sound healing instructor in Nepal, dedicated to promoting holistic wellness through the ancient power of sound, yoga, meditation, and energy healing. With more than a decade of experience in the field of healing arts, she has inspired many individuals on their journey toward inner peace, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.

Her journey began with deep studies in Pranic Healing, Reiki Healing, Yoga Teacher Training, and advanced sound therapy practices. Over the years, she has trained with respected healing institutions and spiritual mentors, continuously expanding her knowledge and practice.

Her professional career reflects years of dedication, discipline, and spiritual practice. She has worked with leading yoga centers, wellness retreats, and healing organizations across Nepal, serving as a Sound Healing Instructor, Yoga Trainer, Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Therapist.

She began her long-standing healing practice at Golden Temple Singing Bowl and Healing Center, where she worked for more than a decade as a Singing Bowl Healer. During this time, she gained deep practical knowledge of vibrational therapy and guided countless individuals toward physical relaxation and emotional healing.

She also served as the Assistant of Guru Swami Chaitanya, where she enhanced her spiritual and therapeutic understanding under traditional guidance. Her experience further expanded through her roles at Dynamic Singing Bowl, Shiva Tattva Yogshala, and Mandala Yoga & Spa, where she trained students, facilitated healing workshops, and introduced sound healing to both local and international communities.

As the Founder of Yoga at Thamel, Kalpana created a wellness platform dedicated to yoga, meditation, Reiki, and sound healing, helping people reconnect with inner peace and conscious living in the heart of Kathmandu. Her leadership and vision later led her to become the Managing Director of Aarogya Sound Healing and Yogalaya, where she continues to teach, heal, and mentor future practitioners.
